Recruitment Administrator to support our growing team!
Based from home, you'll play a vital role behind the scenes, keeping things running smoothly and helping connect quality people to incredible opportunities.
This is not your average admin job; you'll be exposed to all aspects of recruitment, with structured mentoring and real opportunities for career progression.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting our recruiters with job ad creation, applicant screening, and interview coordination
Updating and maintaining candidate and client records in our systems
Assisting with compliance, onboarding, and documentation
Managing inboxes and phone enquiries professionally and promptly
Kollaborating closely with our team to keep the wheels turning!
What we're looking for:
Experience in administration
or a recruitment-related role is highly desirable
A strong communicator who can juggle priorities with ease
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Confident using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems quickly
Based in or around Mandurah - occasional in-person training days will be required
