Kollab Recruitment is seeking a:
Chef Manager to work within a well-established Aged Carefacility in Tamworth, NSW.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and managing the daily kitchen operations
Designing and implementing aged care-specific, nutritionally balanced menus
Supervising and rostering a team of kitchen staff
Ensuring compliance with QA, WH&S, HACCP, and Food Safety regulations
Managing budgets and cost controls
Liaising professionally with clients and residents
Delivering high-quality, well-presented meals in line with aged care food standards
What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Commercial cookery or hospitality qualifications preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Understanding of Aged Care accreditation standards and food service guidelines
Exceptional communication and client engagement abilities
High level of computer literacy (for menu planning, rostering, etc.)
Must have own reliable transport
Must be double COVID-19 vaccinated
