Kollab Recruitment are currently seeking:
An experienced, passionate Cleaning Attendant to join our team working in an Aged Care Facility.
In this role you will clean resident rooms, toilets, dining room, public areas, carry out safe chemical usage, participate in the infection control program and conduct waste management.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, and public spaces
Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and general upkeep
Using cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
Assisting with laundry tasks and linen management
Following infection control and waste disposal protocols
Contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in cleaning (aged care experience highly regarded)
Knowledge of infection control practices
A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Covid-19 vaccination certificate (minimum 2 doses)
Two recent, contactable references
A professional, respectful attitude and excellent communication skills
