Kollab Recruitment are seeking:
Catering Assistants to work across multiple Aged Care facilities within Wollongong NSW and surrounding suburbs!
Key Responsibilities:
Providing meal service to elderly residents.
Cleaning of kitchen, serveries, and dining room set up.
Adhering to and completing quality assurance documents.
Washing dishes and plating meals.
Preparing salads and sandwiches in the main kitchen.
Function set up and clear down.
Assist the Chef and Chef Manager as required in day-to-day tasks.
Food and beverage service.
What we need from you:
Current National Police Clearance – or willing to obtain.
Aged Care experience is a must
Experience within Aged Care is a bonus!
Be willing to travel up to 1 hour from the CBD.
Covid Certificate (at least 2 doses).
2 up-to-date references.
Adaptable, passionate, and willingness to learn.
Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
Friendly and effective communication abilities.
Safe use of chemicals.
Knowledge of Work, Health & Safety and Infection Control.
High level of respect for the elderly.
