Dani is the Managing Director of Kollab Recruitment Group, leading a recruitment business that supports mining, aged care, and blue-collar operations. Since launching in 2024, she has grown the business by focusing on what actually matters - keeping sites staffed, shifts filled, and operations running (no overpromising, no disappearing acts).
Dani is hands-on in the day-to-day, working closely with both clients and her team, and understands the pressure that comes when workforce gaps hit.
